It is just this type of attitude that has enabled him to make far more than he is worth, to be lazy, and to underperform. The guy showed up every year out of shape, with no knowledge of the offense. Jamarcus Russell is a joke. He is also a thief for basically stealing from the Tadiers. I am not a Raider fan, but find how he has conducted himself over his whole career very telling about his lack of character. Money is important but the love of the game and desire to play should be primary. Once Russell decided he got enough money and decided to play he did nothing but disappoint. He stood on the sideline sporting a big old diamond in his ear thinking how lucky the raiders were to have him. His ego was so big I am surprised his head fit in the helmet. Russell was living like a rock star. But to be a Rock star you gotta have a hit record. I am glad I didn't buy a Russell T-shirt.
